Khakharas are round, crunchy, thin wheat crisps traditionally eaten during breakfast. They are made with wheat flour, oil and salt. This particular variety of Khakara is flavored with cumin seeds. They come in a vacuum sealed pack along with a masala spice packet for sprinkling on khakhara if interested. They are very popular because they are a low cholesterol and low-calorie snack which can be enjoyed along with a cup of hot _chaiî (tea).
